Delivery charges are calculated per order and per delivery address. Available options may vary according to the address entered during checkout.
Standard City Delivery
Home or business delivery within the defined city limits, normally within 1–3 working days.
Orders Over €100
Complimentary delivery for orders above €100 per delivery address within the defined city limits.
Outside City Limits
Home delivery to addresses outside our standard city areas for a flat fee per order.

City limits include the principal urban and suburban areas listed below. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us before ordering.
Nicosia: including Strovolos, Engomi, Lakatamia and Latsia
Limassol: including Germasogeia, Agios Athanasios, Mesa Geitonia and Polemidia
Larnaca: including Aradippou and Livadia
Paphos: including Universal, Kato Paphos and Chloraka
Famagusta Region: Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa
Other areas: available under the outside-city delivery option or by prior arrangement

Delivery Times & Important Information
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on location, stock availability and the time the order is placed. Whenever possible, city deliveries may arrive on the same or next working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Accurate Delivery Details
Please provide a complete address, correct telephone number and any helpful access instructions. We may contact the recipient before delivery to confirm availability or directions.
Receiving Alcohol
An adult must be available to receive deliveries containing alcoholic products. We may request suitable identification when necessary and cannot leave alcohol with a minor.
Multiple Addresses
The free-delivery threshold and delivery charge apply separately to each delivery address. Corporate or multiple-recipient deliveries should be arranged with our team in advance.
Coverage restriction: We deliver only within the Republic of Cyprus. International delivery and delivery to the northern part of Cyprus are not available.
Delivery conditions
Care, Responsibility & Unforeseen Delays
We deliver the goods to the address specified in the order. Please ensure that all delivery details and instructions are accurate. Responsibility for the goods passes in accordance with the applicable terms once delivery has been completed at the specified address or according to the customer’s authorised instructions.
Delivery dates and times are estimates. If delivery is delayed by stock availability, public holidays, adverse conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control, the delivery period will be extended by a reasonable amount of time. Customers will be contacted where a material change affects a pending order.
Force majeure: Pavic General Trading Limited is not liable for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government or authority action, fire, flood, earthquake, transport disruption or shortage of supply.
La Maison du Vin may update delivery charges, coverage areas or arrangements when necessary. Any material change affecting an order already placed will be communicated to the customer.
