Returns policy

Crucial Information concerning Returns:

Returns are not accepted by our stores, due to the sensitive nature of our products.

Returns of faulty products will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you and rejected upon delivery.

Please inspect your Order carefully upon arrival and inform our Delivery Service or Travel Express about the faulty product, our delivery service will create a return immediately back to La Maison du Vin – PAVIC GENERAL TRADING LTD without any extra charge.

Please note, returns after your acceptance of your order, will not be accepted by PAVIC GENERAL TRADING LTD.

We will replace a faulty product if a replacement is in stock and available. Returns of faulty goods must be send back upon arrival to you.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. PAVIC GENERAL TRADING LTD credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only in the La Maison du Vin Wine Boutique in Limassol.

We at PAVIC GENERAL TRADING LTD keep the products in perfect condition and take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you.
