Is there a minimum order value?

No. You can order how much you please.

In what countries you deliver?

We provide delivery only in the Republic of Cyprus.

How long does Standard Delivery take?

We will deliver your order within three working days.However we usually manage to delivery same or next day if possible.

What are the delivery options?

You can pick up your wines from the Travel Express in your town.
Shipping cost starts from only € 4.00. ( more info at the Check out )
Also, you can choose home delivery (Within City Limits) with the cost € 8.00

Also, you can always pick up from La Maison du Vin store with no charge.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are not accepted by our stores, due to the sensitive nature of our products!

As La Maison du Vin we provide accurate and detailed description of all our wines so you can make your choice. We do not accept returns if you don’t like the wine. Anyway that’s a rare scenario because we choose carefully all our wines from the best Producer on the Planet and we are strongly confident for their quality!

What if the Order/Wine I receive is damaged or faulty?

Returns are not accepted by our stores, due to the sensitive nature of our products!

In are rare case of a damaged item, you must refuse the delivery upon arrival and our delivery service will arrange with no extra cost the return to us. You will receive a full refund, or a credit note issued. Again, that’s a rare case because more than thirty years we deliver wines island wide with the most professional way.

You can pay easy and secure with your Credit Card online.

How to cancel or modify your Order?

Cancellation of your order is not available online, but feel free to call us (09:00 am until 6:00 pm local time) Contact us!

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We cannot ship wine to a P.O. Box as an Adult Signature by someone 21 or older is required to receive the delivery. If you need assistance determining the best option please contact our Customer Support Team.
