No. There is no minimum order value. Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery method and address selected at checkout. Orders over €100 per delivery address qualify for complimentary delivery within our defined city limits.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver exclusively within the Republic of Cyprus. We currently do not ship internationally or to the northern part of Cyprus.
Standard delivery normally takes up to three working days. Whenever possible, we may deliver your order on the same or the next working day, depending on your location and product availability.
We offer the following delivery options within the Republic of Cyprus:
Free home delivery for orders over €100 within city limits.
Standard home delivery within city limits: €8.
Collection from your nearest Travel Express office: €4.
Delivery outside city limits: €20.
Available delivery options and charges are confirmed during checkout.
Due to the sensitive nature of our wines and food products, we cannot accept returns because of a change of mind or personal taste.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement where available or provide a credit note or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice that an item is damaged or faulty, please refuse the item and inform the delivery driver immediately. Our delivery team will arrange its return at no additional cost.
We will provide a replacement where available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a credit note or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
You can pay safely and securely online using a credit or debit card. We do not accept cheques.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order. Requests can only be accommodated before the order has been prepared or dispatched.

No. Orders require a complete physical delivery address and must be received in person. Please provide a home or business address, or select collection from your nearest Travel Express office during checkout.
