Celebrating the Heritage of Gavi

On Friday, 26 June 2026, La Maison du Vin hosted an exclusive Gastronomic Dinner at Amathus Hotel Limassol, celebrating the heritage and excellence of the prestigious Italian winery La Scolca.

The evening was honoured by the presence of Mrs Chiara Soldati, owner and fourth-generation representative of the historic Soldati family. A Cavaliere del Lavoro della Repubblica Italiana, Chiara Soldati continues a remarkable winemaking legacy that began in Piemonte in 1919.

For more than a century, La Scolca has played a defining role in establishing Gavi as one of Italy’s internationally recognised white wines. Its iconic Gavi dei Gavi “Black Label” has become a symbol of Italian elegance, enjoyed in leading restaurants and at prestigious occasions around the world.
