Description
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the Truffle flavored Tagliatelle and cook for 7/8 minutes, until “al dente”.
When the pasta will be ready drain it and season with 2 tbsp (30g) of butter and white pepper to taste.
Serve with some grated Parmisan cheese (about 1 tbsp per serving)nct flavor to the dish.
