The Novantaceppi Primitivo Puglia is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. On the finish, this young wine from the Apulia wine-growing region finally impresses with its beautiful length. Once again, there are hints of morello cherry and plum.
Winemaking
The balanced Novantaceppi Primitivo Puglia from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Primitivo grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Novantaceppi Primitivo Puglia is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months. Once the wine is finished, the Novantaceppi Primitivo Puglia is carefully harmonized.
