This well-aged blend of eaux-de-vie from Léopold Gourmel is intended to be an outstanding example of 21st century Cognac. The Léopold Gourmel Hors d’Age Quintessence 30 Carats Cognac has been distilled with the lees and matured for over 25 years in fine French oak, followed by another 10 years in a range of other casks.
Pairings : Salted dishes with sour twist (yuzu, citron) balance its round and velvety aspect.
