A Gin from Nikka!?
Oh yes, my dear friends, the folks at Nikka aren’t simply just whisky geniuses, they are accomplished gin producers as well! Produced in Coffey stills using a base of barley and corn, Nikka Coffey Gin features a selection of enjoyably vibrant botanicals, including amanatsu, kabosu, shikuwasa and yuzu, as well as sansho pepper, among others.

Nikka Coffey Gin has been named after the still that created this spirit and includes eleven different botanicals some of which are native to Japan.
This gin has clean citrus aromas. It is gentle and complex on the palate, with more citrus and other fruity notes coming through.
Creamy lemon with a subtle oily element developing, soon joined by almost tropical fruit sweetness. This is well-balanced by peppercorn, pine and fennel.
