To enhance aroma and flavor, warm the sauce in a pan over low heat. Drain the pasta “al dente”, pour it directly into the sauce
and cook for a few minutes. If you wish, add some fresh grated Italian cheese as Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano.
