Description
Grape: 100 % Sangiovese
Winemaking:
The wine is then aged for 24 months in large oak casks (Slavonian oak), a traditional Brunello method that preserves the varietal purity and allows for a gradual integration of tannins. After barrel aging, the wine undergoes additional refinement in bottle for another 12–18 months before release.
This careful and patient process results in a harmonious, structured, and long-lived Brunello that faithfully reflects the GAJA family’s precision and the unique terroir of Montalcino.
