Vinification
Fermentation and long extraction (18 -23 days) in stainless steel temperature tanks. Maturation in cubs (228 L..) Ocrines of French barrels for 12 to 18 months. Bottt over without filtering.
After the bottification
remains in the cella of the estate (conditions of temperature and humidity) for at least one and a half years before it is traded.
