Description
Grappa obtained from the distillation of the Nebbiolo grape pomace.
Distillation process: the distillation of Nebbiolo pomace, dripping with wine, takes place in a state-of-the-art plant in order to preserve all the aromas and varietal fragrances intact. The still used is discontinuous, steel, and inside the pomace are crossed by a jet of steam, which carries with them the alcoholic vapors. These, subsequently sucked into a distillation column produce a distillate that originally has a gradation of 70 – 75 degrees which, before bottling, will be diluted with distilled water until it brings the gradation to that indicated on the label.
