La Mouline 2021 is one of the most iconic single-vineyard wines from the Northern Rhône. Produced from a steep amphitheatre vineyard on the Côte Blonde, it combines Syrah with a small proportion of Viognier, creating a wine of remarkable elegance, perfume, and finesse.

Compared to more powerful Côte-Rôtie styles, La Mouline is known for its silky texture and aromatic complexity, offering a more refined and expressive profile.

Grape: 89% Syrah with 11% Viognier

Winemaking
Blend: approx. 89% Syrah, 11% Viognier
Co-fermentation of both varieties enhances aromatic lift and softness
Fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for around 4 weeks
Ageing: up to 40–42 months in 100% new French oak barrels

This extended oak ageing adds depth, texture, and spice while maintaining balance.
