The French «calisson», a traditional French confectionery made in Provence, is the result of a delicious blend of almonds and candied fruits, topped with royal icing. This delicate treat with a unique and original shape, close to an almond, has been an authentic Provencal specialty since the 15th century. Enjoy the classic version with a white topping and a tasty raspberry variation with a pink topping.
