The Beyond the Wall sake collection is a limited edition celebrating the manga Attack of the Titans.
This sake is a Junmai Ginjo (55%) made with Yamadahnishiki rice. It is the unique model “Titan”. This titan is called “Daina Fritz”. “Daina” is the name of the sake brand and “Dina” is the name of a woman (she will be titan later). The pronunciation is the same, it’s a pun! It is the same sake as Levi, but lower in alcohol (no water added). This sake is accessible in terms of tasting, and its taste is very deep.

These sake rice wines are produced at the Kikunosato Distillery in the NASU region in northeastern Tochigi Prefecture. This region offers perfect conditions for sake rice, with large temperature differences and good water quality. The rice is sourced from local farmers in the region.
TITANS is made from Yamada Nishiki rice.
