Description
Fusilli Pasta is a typical artisanal Italian pasta made with a bronze-dawn method. The result is an extremely high quality pasta, with a wrinkled, rough and porous surface that captures seasonings when tossed in the pan. We keep using bronze dies and drying temperatures not above 45 degrees, so that all the properties of the dough , such as fragrance, flavor and nutritional values, can be maintained. Fusilli’s twisted shape is a triple helix, like an elongated propeller or fan blade. The design is not only great for holding sauces, but is delightful to
behold and has an unmistakable mouth-feel. Their name have its origin from the word “fuso”, the knitting tool used to roll up the wool.
