Winemaking:
The Rennina 2019 is crafted from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes grown in three distinct vineyard parcels surrounding the Pieve Santa Restituta estate. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in oak. The wine is then aged for 24 months in large oak casks, allowing it to develop complexity and structure while preserving the purity of the fruit. After aging, it rests in bottle before release, ensuring elegance and aging potential.
Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted duck, ossobuco, mushroom risotto, or aged Parmesan.
