Grape: 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 4% Petit Verdot

Viticulture: Biodynamically farmed since 2018 with age‑worthy vines (40–70 yrs), wild fermentations by parcel in stainless steel, gentle tannin extraction using cap-spraying robots .

Aging: 20–22 months—first year in new oak barrels (~50–70 %), second in larger casks. Egg-white fining ensures clarity

Vintage Conditions: Hot, dry 2022 with scarce rainfall and late-season storms. Harvest ran from 7 Sept to early Oct. Resulting wines are powerful yet balanced, boasting bright acidity and suave tannins
