The production of Wild Raspberry brandy
The wild raspberry is much more fragrant and its taste much more marked and tangy than its cultivated counterpart.
The production of this eau-de-vie is carried out by maceration of the fruit then by distillation and requires approximately 8 kg of wild raspberries to produce 1 liter of alcohol at 45°.
Thus the Wild Raspberry eau-de-vie is of magnificent quality given the quantity of raspberries necessary to make this fragrant eau-de-vie.
