The Mistral wind and droughts, primary schist soil, two varieties emblematic of Provence and tremendous enthusiasm combine at Château Les Valentines to produce Le Grand Huit, our top Côtes de Provence La Londe AOC blend, characterized by minerality and precision. A sustained salmon colour. A nicely pure and elegant nose. A hint of cranberry. Typical of the region: very balanced, crisp, delicate, robust and full-bodied with nice viscosity. Mild spice flavours. A long, taut finish. Best to drink after a year of aging.
