Grape: 100% Muscat à Petit Grain
The vines of Beaumes-de-Venice are located in terraces (the muscades) between 100 and 500 m above sea level. The earth is sandy and clay-marines, with clays tinted with red and ochre. The Mediterranean-type climate and the South exposure, sheltered from Montmirail lace, promote optimal sunshine without the influence of mistral.
Winemaking
Slow and soft direct pressing to preserve the completeness of the aromas of the juices. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out under controlled temperature and then blocked by mutting on vinic alcohol. No malolactic fermentation.
Residual sugar content: 119.50 g/hL
Aged : in a stainless steel tank for seven months.
