Description
Grape: Glera
Zardetto’s Glera (the signature Prosecco varietal) is hand-harvested in early September. The finished wine is a celebration of the hilly Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, vital and energetic.
Winemaking
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Zardetto. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the wine is finished, the Refosso Prosecco Superiore brut is carefully harmonized.
