Cuvée Zero’ is a classic method sparkling wine rosé that matures for 30-36 months in the bottle on the lees.
Cascina Chicco presents the Classic Method Rosé Sparkling Wine ‘Cuvée Zero’, an interpretation of the typology with a fragrant and graceful aromatic profile. Cascina Chicco started the production of bubbles already in 2001, becoming one of the first wine-growing companies to produce a Classic Method sparkling wine from pure Nebbiolo grapes. In particular, rosé vinification is aimed at enhancing the aromatic components of this noble grape, while at the same time showing its great oenological versatility.
Vinification: Re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Classical Method
Aging: 30-36 months on the lees
