Sansonina Lugana is a strictly limited and very ambitious project by the Zenato family, in which only the best grapes from their own vineyards are used. Only a small number of these are sold in numbered bottles each year.

Winemaking
After a careful hand selection in September, the Lugana grapes are left to chill and undergo a second selection
process at the winery. Fermentation takes place slowly for around 10-12 days and refinement is exclusively in steel for
approximately 8 months
