Winemaking
The Vistamare vineyards benefit from radiant sunlight and the invigorating sea breeze. The winemaking process involves separate fermentation for the two varieties: Vermentino in steel tanks and Viognier in wood. This is followed by a 6-month aging period in steel for Vermentino and in oak barrels for Viognier, culminating in the blending process.
