Description
Grape: 100% Trebbiano di Lugana
A long lasting wine, where the mineral properties given by the soil bind so harmoniously and indissolubly with the fullness in the mouth, giving unique pleasurable sensations. On the nose the wine is enhanced, expressing its strong personality in the glass with notes of white flowers and ripe yellow fruit reminiscent of the aroma of freshly picked grapes.
Winemaking and ageing
The Turbiana grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation begins spontaneously with the grapes’ indigenous yeasts and continues for approximately 20 days in stainless-steel tanks. The wine then matures on its lees for nine months in stainless steel, followed by approximately five months of bottle refinement. Only a minimal amount of sulphur dioxide is added before bottling. - Seafood risotto
- Pasta with clams

Serving recommendation
Serve at 10–12°C. Allowing the wine to breathe briefly in the glass will help reveal its aromatic complexity. It may be enjoyed now or cellared for several years to develop richer honeyed and nutty characteristics.
