Traditional in temperature-controlled cement tanks
18 months in oak barrels (30% of which are new)
Clos René from Pomerol pairs beautifully with roast lamb, beef fillet, or duck breast. It also works well with truffle dishes, mushroom risotto, and mature hard cheeses. Rich flavours and refined tannins make it ideal for classic, savoury cuisine.
