Winemaking: Aged for a minimum of 14 months in French oak barrel with a bottle ageing potential of up to 15 years.
Enjoyed: in Zalto Glass at 15-18°C.
Food Pairing
An excellent match for grilled lamb chops, slow-cooked beef, venison, game dishes, barbecue meats, duck breast, rich pasta dishes, mushroom risotto, and mature hard cheeses. Its structure and complexity also make it a wonderful partner for traditional Cypriot dishes and slow-cooked meats.
