The 2025 Josephshöfer Monopol Riesling Kabinett feinherb comes from the historic Josephshöfer single vineyard in Graach, Mosel, a monopole vineyard owned exclusively by Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt since 1858.
Situated on steep slopes with grey Devonian slate and fine soil, the vineyard benefits from different microclimates and excellent water retention. These conditions contribute to the wine’s elegant structure, mineral character and expressive Riesling fruit.
This Kabinett feinherb offers a delicate balance between gentle residual sweetness, lively acidity and clear fruit expression. Light in alcohol yet full of character, it is a versatile Mosel Riesling for relaxed drinking, refined dining and special occasions.
