Description
Grape: 100% Vermentino
Winemaking: Mongrana Bianco is produced from Vermentino grown along the Maremma coast. The wine matures for six months in cement and stainless-steel vats, helping preserve the grape’s fresh fruit, aromatic intensity and natural Mediterranean character.
The vineyards are situated approximately 30 to 50 metres above sea level on iron-rich soils composed of silt, alluvial sand, gravel and surface pebbles. Average production is approximately 18,000 bottles annually.
