Description
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir
Winemaking:
The grapes are sourced from multiple plots across Burgundy, benefiting from diverse exposures and altitudes. The soils, mainly limestone and clay, contribute to the wine’s freshness and structure.
Harvest: Handpicked
Fermentation: 18 to 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel and oak vats
Ageing: Around 10 to 12 months, with approximately 20% in oak barrels and the rest in vats
This careful vinification preserves the bright fruit character while adding subtle complexity and texture.
