Winemaking:
The wine is produced from carefully selected Arneis grapes.
The vinification includes cold maceration of the grape skins with the must, an unusual technique for white wines that enhances aromatic extraction. Fermentation takes place under controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit expression.
