The history of Château Dassault first refers to Château Couperie, created in the 19th century by the Beylot family in Saint-Emilion. It was in 1955 that Marcel Dassault bought this Château “as a Coup de Coeur” he liked to say.
Winemaking
Chateau Dassault is aged in up to 100% new, French oak barrels for between 14 to 18 months, depending on the vintage.

Château Dassault 2021 is a versatile food wine, pairing beautifully with beef, lamb, charcuterie, and aged cheeses. It can be enjoyed now with some aeration or cellared for further development over the coming years.
