Château Latour à Pomerol 2015 pairs beautifully with rich, savoury dishes that complement its depth and structure. Ideal matches include roasted lamb with herbs, beef tenderloin with truffle jus, or duck breast with a red wine reduction. It also works wonderfully with mushroom-based dishes, such as a wild mushroom risotto or beef Wellington. Aged cheeses like Comté or mature Gouda enhance its earthy complexity and smooth finish.
