Description
Grape: 50% Grenache blanc, 20% Clairette, 20% Bourboulenc, 5% Picardan, 5% others (Picpoul et Roussanne).
Produced from 3 exceptional terroirs (“La Crau”, “Bois Sénéchal” and “Nalys”) the blend is mainly Grenache complemented with Clairette and Bourboulenc and a touch of Roussanne, Picpoul and Picardan. A vibrant wine with remarkably pure aromatics, this is a fresh Châteauneuf-du-Pape with peach and citrus notes. The white wines of Saintes Pierres de Nalys are vinified in temperature-regulated vats and then partially aged in oak. Subtle oaky notes bring density and richness to this wine marked by freshness, finesse and terroir.
