WINEMAKING AND AGEING
The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and is matured in oak barrels for approximately 22 months, with around 30% new oak.
The oak is carefully integrated to support the wine’s texture and complexity without overpowering the purity of the Chardonnay or the mineral character of the vineyard.
