Grape: Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Tear
Fermentation In steel fermenters. Maceration on the skins varies for each individual variety that makes up this blend, about 7 days for Lacrima, 10/12 days for Sangiovese, 15 days for Montepulciano. The refinement takes place in steel with all the types of wine separated. The final blending takes place at the end of the refinement phase. The wine then rests in the bottle for 3 months.
