Description
Grape: Tempranillo
Winemaking
Grapes are from selected vineyards with an average age of 20 years. The roots of the wine have grown deep in the chalky clay soil, which allows slow ripening and conceives persistence and depth. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine is aged in barrels for 12 months. By reducing the aging in semi-new American oak barrels, the fruity primary aromas take on greater prominence. The result of the reduced tannin infusion is a smoother, easier to drink wine.
Pairs well with Poultry, grilled meat, pasta dishes and cheese.
