A fine local Cypriot wine made exclusively from the indigenous Giannoudi grape. Unfiltered and aged for a year, it reveals rich, complex flavours that reflect the island’s unique terroir. Enjoy with grilled lamb, slow-cooked beef, or aged halloumi. Serve at 16–18°C.
