Winemaking:
In accordance with Gran Selezione regulations, the wine is aged for a minimum of 30 months, including at least three months in bottle. Maturation typically occurs in a combination of French and Slavonian oak barrels, allowing gradual micro-oxygenation and integration of tannins while preserving the purity of fruit.
