Winemaking:
Vinification: Classic red vinification, 20 days extraction
Ageing: Six (6) months in French oak barrels.
Soil: Gravels at 600m. altitude & Gravel-sand, alluvial deposits deposits
Food Pairing: Seafood, white sauce meat, cold-cuts, pasta and light dishes, or as accompaniment to salads. It could be served at 9 -10o C as an aperitif
