Clos Apalta 2021 from Lapostolle in Chile’s Colchagua Valley is a rich, structured red dominated by Carmenère with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine shows deep black fruit, spice, cocoa, and herbal notes with polished tannins and a long finish.
Its concentration and texture make it ideal with dishes that offer richness, depth, and savoury flavours.
Red Meat
Clos Apalta pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted meats where fat and protein soften the tannins.
