Established in 1859, Gaja is a family-owned winery in Italy. Giovanni Gaja founded this winery, and his great-grandson, Angelo Gaja runs the estate today. The family produces grapes in the 250 acres of vineyards it owns in Italy’s popular wine region, Piedmont. This estate is located exactly in the districts of Barbaresco and Barolo.
