Maceration Time: 25 days
Fermentation Type: 100% in Stainless Steel Tanks. Malolactic in French oakbarrels.
Fermentation Temperature: 24oC- 28oC
Ageing: 100% of the blend in 225L French oak for 14 months.
Barrel use: 26% in second and 74% in third and fourth used French oak
SERVICE AND FOOD PAIRING Decant and serve at 16°C
