Fermentation Temperature: 24oC- 28oC
Ageing: 100% of the blend was aged in 225L French oak for 13 months
Barrel use: 30% in new oak, 70% in second use and third use French oak barrels.
SERVICE AND FOOD PAIRING Decant for 30 minutes and serve between 16°C Intense meat dishes as lamb and beef.
