This Cuvée Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from selected parcels of our own vineyards in the famous Apalta Valley. Elegant and expressive, with ripe fruit notes, a velvety palate and a lingering finish, the result is a unique wine true to its origin, a classic expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Description

Grape: 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Carmenère, 2% Syrah, 2% Petit Verdot.

Winemaking

Maceration Time: 25 days
Fermentation Type: 100% in Stainless Steel Tanks.
Fermentation Temperature: 24oC- 28oC
Ageing: 100% of the blend was aged in 225L French oak for 13 months
Barrel use: 30% in new oak, 70% in second use and third use French oak barrels.

SERVICE AND FOOD PAIRING Decant for 30 minutes and serve between 16°C  Intense meat dishes as lamb and beef.
